After reading the story, randomly place the sentence strips.
As a class, determine the order by placing the correct number before the sentence strip. Once it is decided, reread the story. Make corrections as needed.
Individual Student Practice Sheet. Have students draw lines from the numbers to their matching sentences. Students can refer to the class example above.
