Compounds word are words that consist of two words that have meaning and can stand alone. Some compound words (thirty-one) have a hyphen separating the words and are considered hyphenated compound words.

4 In A Row Open Ended Game Inspired by 4 in a Row
My students love playing 4 In a Row so I decided to replace the black and red chips with words.
